ロック雑感：プログレってナニ？


カーク船長で有名な俳優だけど覚えているだろうか？？？



Deep Space Nineぐらいまでなら覚えているけど…Voyagerは最後まで見ていない。
さて、そのWilliam Shatner。
現在は歌手という側面もある。
というか、ずいぶんと昔から所謂スポークン・ワードでやっていたみたい。
オープニングに出てくるのはElton Johnの相方で歌詞担当のBernie Taupin。

Star Trekシリーズを終えてから、確かラップでヒットを出した記憶があるんだよね、この人。
これだっけな？よく覚えていないんだけど。

カーク船長としてのイメージがあまりにも強すぎる人なんで、兎に角払拭したかったんだろうね。


そのWilliam Shatnerが新譜を発表するんだけど、これがまた…凄いことになっている。因みにカバー集。

William Shatnerらしい選曲なんだけど、ひっくり返るのはそのゲスト陣。何？この人？プログレ好きなのか？？？
HawkwindにWayne Kramerとかセンス良いんだけどね。Edgar FroeseがPink FloydとかManuel Gottschingが参加するU2とか。David BowieにRitchie BlackmoreとAlan ParsonsとかSteve HoweのDuran Duranとかってもう訳が判らない。。。
凄いことになっています。Warren Haynesがいるので私も買います、これ。
